All of our clients get access to an online planning platform that has a monthly calendar to make sure every decision is made in a timely manner and we are able to communicate effectively. Our job is to make sure that every detail is planned and executed flawlessly all while allowing you to relax and enjoy the moments.

Access to online planning platform, Aisle Planner, to keep details and contracts organized
An in-depth planning meeting to review all of details of your ceremony, vendor contracts, decor details, etc
A 30 day walk-through meeting at the venue with the caterer and florist
Custom Master Timeline
Room layout creation
Handle all communication with your vendors to confirm details for the day of the wedding
Set up and distribute wedding items (programs, wedding favors, toasting flutes, cake knife and server, name cards, menus, table numbers, guest book,etc)
Check in of all vendors and deliveries making sure they are on time and provide the correct items as well as oversee any setup of rental items
Assist with handing out flowers to family members, as well as pinning boutonnieres and corsages
Ensure that the photographs are on time according to the agreed timeline
Work with the photographers to coordinate an intimate and flawless "first look" (if applicable)
Communicate with bridal party to help with questions and concerns, keep them on time, and provide bridal party timelines
Coordinate the ceremony and cue ceremony music
Work with caterer and venue staff to ensure a seamless transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception
Provide constant communication with bride, groom, and parents during the reception as to the timeline and next steps throughout the evening
Make sure you get to eat at your reception!
Work closely with entertainment/DJ and MC of the event on timing of appropriate dances, speeches and announcements
Ensure marriage license is signed by officiant
Help photographer to gather family members for pictures
Assist with gathering all guests for departure and coordinating bride/groom send-off
Pack up all personal belongings and gifts at the end of the night and help to get them to the agreed upon people
Coordinate the grand exit
Oversee the breakdown of rental items at the end of the event to make sure the vendors have left on the agreed upon time with the venue
1 Lead Planner and an Experienced Assistant
To begin the planning and design process. we meet in person and discuss your overall vision, colors, ideas &, of course, your love story. After this meeting, we create a range of budgets to fit your design expectations. We then create a mood board that includes color palette, textures and overall design direction. After we decide on a direction, we work with our network of vendors to bring the overall vision to life. Keeping your chosen budget range in mind, we create a design book that encompasses each aspect of the wedding. This design presentation includes floral & decor elements carefully chosen by our team so you so you can see, touch & visualize your final design.
For brides that want to plan their wedding independently, but need assistance with the design and decor elements, we provide a cohesive wedding design along with specific vendor referrals and a coordinating budget to get you started on your wedding planning journey.

DESIGN CONSULTATION • After some time getting to know each other a little more through detailed questionnaires and conversations, we will have an in-person 2 hour meeting to discuss your design vision, inspiration photos, color palettes, and overall ideas.
MOOD BOARD • Following your design consultation, you will receive a digital mood board including visual ideas for color palette, ceremony and reception floral, linens, and rentals that can be used to send to all of your vendors for overall design direction. . You will also see sample layouts to help visualize the reception space.
DESIGN BUDGET • The design will be presented along with a corresponding detailed, line-item budget with hi-med-low vendor referrals for execution

KICK OFF MEETING: An in-depth face to face meeting where we get to learn more about you and your fiance. We talk through every aspect of the wedding and what you are envisioning for your day. This meeting is the basis for the budget creation.
BUDGET DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION: we provide you with a series of budgets taking into consideration your wants and needs. We work together with you to help decide on a final budget of your choosing
BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Using our online planning system, we keep invoices & payments all in one place to help you stay on budget
