The Evermore Experience
WE SPECIALIZE IN PLANNING AND DESIGNING YOUR WEEKEND FESTIVITIES. LET US HANDLE ALL OF THE DETAILS FROM THE REHEARSAL DINNER AND WELCOME PARTY TO THE AFTER PARTY AND SUNDAY BRUNCH.
Evermore will host an in-depth discussion with the bride and groom and any key decision makers. We deep dive into
every aspect of the wedding weekend from save the dates to epic farewell. This meeting is the basis for budget construction and guides the planning and design process.
Evermore will gather your venue preferences on aesthetics/style, location, size, rental inventory/fees, reception layout,
onsite accommodations, rain plan, food + beverage requirements and more.
Evermore will create a wedding budget range that prioritizes your wants and needs. Once approved, that budget will
guide vendor team selection. Using your online planning hub, we track invoices throughout the planning process with
automatic payment reminders.
A portion of the Kick-off meeting is dedicated to a deep dive into the wedding design. We take this opportunity to
look at inspiration photos and discuss the overall design of every element, from stationery to lighting to linens.
Evermore will then create a custom mood board of wedding day elements such as a color palette, unique reception floral designs, linen swatches, custom furniture builds, and more!
We move into the production phase once you approve the design vision and budget. Evermore will provide custom
vendor decks for consideration. Once the vendor team is secured, Evermore will maintain communication with that team throughout the process, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to execution.
Approximately 120 days before the wedding, Evermore will present a design prototype at your venue (or design house)
where you can see, touch, and feel your unique design elements. From the centerpieces to the linens to the place
setting selections, this is when all the details come together for a sweet sneak peek. It’s also the perfect time to tweak, add, or make adjustments before the big day!
